"I made the Mint Mountains cake for my friends at work for our Christmas "do",I had already bought the Bundt Pan some time agoand was delighted to see your recipe.Apart from making an adjustment for the pudding mix (the U.K.ones are different) I found the recipe easy to do and EVERYONE just LOVED it and it looked great too!! cheers from Scotland....and Merry Christmas!!
