"I have made this before, and noticed that one time I was so impatient to wait for the second boiling stage to reach the hard crack stage that it came out too soft and diud not keep its shape. The 2nd time I boiled the first soft ball stage too long and it became too hard , so I think the trick is to reach teh right temp at the right moment.
I also add ground cardamon, and it is sooo good"
