Chistmas Turkey in Hawaii,

"Simply amazing!! I opened my big mouth and volunteered to make turkey for our Christmas dinner while vacationing on Maui so I stayed with the Hawaiian theme. The most tender, juicy, flavourful turkey I have ever eaten. 18lb bird and I subbed honey for maple syrup. I've eaten brined turkeys before that have tasted salty but this had no hint of salt whatsoever. Will definitely do it again!"
