"I received this email about this recipe: "Dear Giora, I baked the sour cream coffee cake with margarine and parve sour cream. It was lighter in density. Not as rich, of course, but was absolutely delicious and a big hit with everyone. I would not hesitate to make it again to accompany a meat meal nor would I hesitate to prepare the dairy version when needing a dairy dessert. Thank you again for being so helpful. Shalom, Bubbe""
