Great Pound cake Crumb,

"I can't believe I achieved a real pound cake crumb using all purpose flor. Prior to this recipe I've only been able to geta dense fine crumb using cake flour. I used a little back cocoa to punch up the chocolate flavo (substituting 1/8 C for the cocoa called for). I'll use more next time. The eggs I used, although designated "large" looked a bit on the small side so I think the cake would been more moist if the eggs had truly been grade A large. Other than that it's a great recipe I look forward to trying again."
