VERY GOOD AND DIFFERENT,

"I love eggplant, so I made the soup today for lunch, and came out very good. I used chicken broth instead of vegetable broth because I couldnt find it at the grocery store. Easy to make, affordable and filling. The cheese and egg drops gave it an amazing turn I didnt expect...great for vegetarians and for meat eaters who want to give it a rest!"
