"Tastes great. But forget the added salt. When will we get over adding salt. Both vegies contain salt and healthy minerals from the soil they grew in. Next, throw away the butter and use an organic buttery spread free of trans fats and hydrogenated oils. Next, microwave both vegies about five minutes each or until tender enough to mash. Don't boil vegies you remove to many of the nutrients by boiling. With these adjustments it is delicious"
