Easy Spanish Rice,

"This was a great dish that the whole family loved,although I substituted a 10 oz can of Mild Rotel tomatoes w/ green chilies instead of tomato sauce. Gave it a great little kick without being too spicy. I also cut the broth down to 2 cups."
