Very easy and VERY tasty!!!,

"My family absolutely LOVES this recipe! I make it with enchiladas and they always rave about it. I find that I get the best results by using only one 15 oz can of chicken broth. The rice comes out with just the right fluffiness every time. I've also gotten great results by adding chopped green onion to the garlic and onion saute mixture. I also add about 1/4 cup more of the tomato sauce. Those who like very spicy dishes will probably find this recipe on the bland side, but, for the rest of us, it's a very tasty, VERY easy recipe to prepare! Tastes REALLY good with enchiladas!"
