"First, I should point out that neither salmon nor asparagus are favorite foods of mine, but salmon is a terrific food nutrition-wise, so I struggle to find ways to fix it that I find acceptable. I don't think that salmon steaks should be the preferred form of salmon to use. It was difficult to remove the bones; I would use fillets cut into strips, if I make it again. Not a bad recipe with some tweeking to make it sweet enough."
