Oops don't believe everything you read on the 'Net,

"So I was hunting for a recipe to use my large tapioca pearls. All the other recipes on the internet but this one said to soak the pearls for...get this...12 hours!!! So, I thought I'd do both: soak for 12 hours, cook for 20 minutes. I got tapioca glop! I let it stand at room temperature, added the coconut milk and sweetener, and it tasted fine anyway. But, next time I'll trust this recipe!!! Cook for 20 minutes, doll it up, and that's that!!!"
