Really easy,

"I made this cake with my toddler and we mixed the dry ingredients one day and the 'wet' the next so it made the whole process more fun. I was amazed it needed so long to cook, but Elaine was right with the timing. I'm also looking forward to tasting this cake at Christmas!"
