Very nice, easy and tasty,

"I didn't have fresh chilies but , added chopped red bell pepper and the cayenne pepper as suggested. This was such an easy and tasty dish. I would certainly entertain with this one. My husband and I both loved it. Turned out to be a very nice Valentine's Day appetizer........."
