Sushi rice recipe,

"In response to an earlier review, I put about 1 T rice vinegar, 1/2 T sugar, and 1/2 t salt per cup of sushi rice. Some may think its too sour without more sugar. Others may think its too sweet or salty. You can adjust it for your tastes so it is a nice balance and complements the toppings."
