One thing missing,

"I feel that this is an excellent recipe. However, it may be due to my incompetence as a cook, or my lack of knowledge on the finer points of baking, but I feel like one step is missing from this recipe. Every time I make it ( about ten times so far) it turns out a little different. I guess I want the bread found at seven in the morning across morocco and I may just have to go back to really taste it again."
