"I was looking for a good, easy-to-make, brown sauce for my stir fry dishes. It always tastes so good when I order Chinese out, but I wanted to learn to make it myself. This is it!
It's simple, quick, and tastes good with chicken or beef. Throw in some chicken tenders or beef tips, brown, add chinese stir-fry vegetables and cover. While the vegetables thaw and cook. Make this sauce and pour on. It thickens the longer you leave it on. I also occassionally add some ginger for a different but tasty twist.

Bon appetit!"
