Now my favorite bread,

"I followed some of the suggestions of the 1/10/09 reviewer. I substituted 1/4 c. of the flour with sesame seeds and chopped walnuts. I used canola oil instead of veg. oil. I selected light crust for this 2 lb loaf. And, oh my goodness, this bread is soooo good. It has a crusty crust, quite like artisan bread. Using brown sugar is much better than the molasses my other whole wheat bread recipe calls for."
