A Sandwich Worth Waiting For,

"Why haven't I ever made this before? My family is in love with this sandwich; even the picky eater loved it.
I let my 6.5 lb. pork roast sit in the rub for about 24 hours. I only had time to let it cook for 7 hours, but it turned out great--tender and falling apart and tasty. Pull out the bone and shred the meat right there in the Dutch oven and right into the sauce--no need to get another dish dirty.
The chutney sounds great, but I didn't have the ingredients, so we made do without it. Next time."
