Easy, fun and very tasty!,

"I made this for an Asian themed dinner party we had. I had never made lettuce wraps before but they were really easy to make. I had everything prepared and ready and then cooked when the guests arrived. I sliced the chicken before I cooked it but ended up chopping it a little more after it was cooked as I thought it might be too big to go in the wrap. I also used butter lettuce instead and it is a nice flavor. Think that is what they use in restaurants. We had a spicy dipping sauce we used as well. This would be good without the lettuce as a stir fry over rice. Was confused about how much a slice of ginger was so I used a piece about 1/2" long and really minced it up. Flavor worked well. Got tons of compliments so I know others enjoyed it as well!"
