Fast and good,

"I made the recipe exactly as written, and it was delicious. I used European [OK, French] marmalade, as I find American marmalade entirely too sweet. Served it with Yukon Gold mashed potatos, sweet peas, and creamed onions. Terrific meal!
After broiling the ham, there were some bits of glaze that had run off and become carmelized [almost burned] on the bottom of the pan. Do not throw this away! This is a cook's treat. Reminds me of creme brulee."
