Darlene's Jungle Curry Rocks!!!!!!,

"Let's be honest, I'm hooked on Darlene's Thai recipes! This jungle curry is fantastic. When my wife wasn't looking I licked the plate! It may not be a strictly authentic recipe but Darlene's modifications make this recipe an absolute winner. It's teeming with flavors, goes great with chicken and is relatively easy to make. My favorite curry is Massaman curry but this jungle curry is not far behind indeed. Thanks Darlene, my wife thinks you should run for president!
