"Absolutely delicious!!! I followed the recipe with no deviations and it was just wonderful. All six of my kids loved it (including the 3 and 5 year olds), which is unusual for them. Not a cheap recipe, with the roast and a couple bottles of wine (and the juniper berries that I had to order on-line because I couldn't find them locally), but definitely worth it for that special occasion meal. Time consuming, too with the rest of the meal: Rotkohl, Gurkensalat, and Aprikosenkuchen. I was going to try to make Spatzle, too, but ran out of time. :(
