Invite the neighbourhood,

"First time using a gas barbeque and the first time cooking ribs on any barbeque ,
I was a bit nervous given that I had invited two or three of the neighbours families over.
Everyone aggreed they were some of the best ribs they have had.
We made them extra sticky by adding some sauce close to the end of cooking.
Great !"
