"I liked how fast and easy this was to make, and my hubby and I both liked the taste. I mixed all the spices together before adding them to the meat, and was apprehensive at their total volume, but the combination was well balanced and worked well in the completed product.

I served this with grilled pitas and a mediterannean chopped salad (cuke, tomato, bell pepper, kalamata olives, feta, onion, oil, vinegar, oregano) the first night, and mashed potatoes and moroccan carrot salad the second night, with a little homemade tomato catsup. Yum.

This recipe is our new meatloaf--it's healthier, because fat drips off during grilling. Thanks for the great recipe!"
