simple, easy and lovely,

"This took so little effort. I was surprised at how delicious it was. I used crushed tomatoes because that is what I had on hand and it was just a bit soupy. I ended up cooking it for an hour alowing the dish to cook down. It turned out great. I do have to say that I doubled all of the spices. I finally served it all over couscous and it worked out beautifully!"
