Very easy, delicious way to use up bananas!,

"Dump all the dry ingredients into a sifter in one bowl, blend everything else together, then combine and bake. How easy can you get? I used square 9" pans, done in 25 minutes. I left in pans after cooling and spread on an easy powdered sugar icing. One went to a school event, my teens couldn't stop eating the other one. The cake by itself is very moist, but doesn't have a strong flavor. Icing or frosting really makes it good. Would be a good layer cake in round pans."
