"I finally mastered the mandoline on this one. Completely worth it. Surprising that something so good be so fast and require no cooking. I am usually pretty unexcited about zucchini, but this salad changed my opinion. The lemon juice did the trick. Made it to go with the corn/tomato/cucumber salad as side dishes for a light quiche last night. Delicious. Thanks!"
