Pretty standard recipe,

"I make bread regularly (therapeutic, creative and, of course, it's better than that which is available in stores) and this recipe is fairly standard. You can do quite a bit with it in terms of "customization."
You can save a bit of time, however, by using and standard upright mixer; I do."
