"I had a couple of boneless pork chops to cook the other day and did not want to stir fry them for a change. I made up my normal marinade for stir frying, the same one you used here, and then baked them in the over with some dried orange peel in olive oil on the bottom of the pan. Fantastic!
Now today I see you are doing the same thing with pork tenderloin that I did for the boneless pork chops. Great minds think alike."
