"I made this twice, just to be sure that I followed the directions properly.
Your directions state that the dough must be kneaded until it no longer sticks. This is an incredibly sticky dough! Is it okay to add more flour? If so, how much?
Despite this, I was mostly happy with the resulting product. I'm unsure that I would want to compromise this bread's lovely texture with any major changes to the recipe. How do you deal with the sticky dough? What I dealt with would be a *nightmare* without a stand mixer.
Is there a traditional topping to this bread? A glaze would bring this bread to perfection, as it's a little less sweet than others I have had."
