Great roast,

"I tried this recipe the otherr night an it was outstanding. The Marinate was excellent. The Roast was actually better than a Tri Tip and just as tender. I would change the cooking time to 1 hr 10 min. We like rare beef and 1 1/2 hours was a little to long."
