Very good, easy, a little too sweet,

"I'm not much of a cook, and the melting of the butter and peanut butter went smoothly, but when it came time to add the powdered sugar, I added the whole thing at once. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be added in gradually, but it never thoroughly melted to become "smooth" enough to "pour" (it was more the consistency of cookie dough). Nonetheless, it was easy to remove from the double boiler and I just pressed it into the 8x8 pan. I'm letting it cool now as I write, but as I sampled it, I thought it was nice and p-nut buttery, but just a bit too sweet. I will try it again, but next time maybe only using 3/4 of the one pound box of powdered sugar."
