Easy and tasty vanilla ice cream,

"I didn't even scald the milk as the recipe said. I made it the day before, stirred it up before I put it into my freezer, and then brought it the next day to our pot luck at work. It scoops out better since it was frozen harder. Great recipe if you'd rather not use eggs. This is a "do again"."
