"When I make turtles I use Sweet Condensed Milk instead of caramels. What you do is take a can of milk UNOPENED and boil it for 4 hours making sure the can stays submereged under water. This will require you to check periodically to see if the water needs replentishing. Because of how long you have to boil this, I usually put in 4 cans. That way, when they are finished you can put them on the shelf to store for some time. I love the idea of using the cups but would put little choc. in the bottom first."
