Christmas Tri-tip,

"Instead of the traditional ham, my wife picked up a bunch of tri-tip for our Christmas dinner. Tired of the usual, I gave the oriental tri-tip recipe a try. It was absolutely delicious! It requires some ingredients not in the traditional US kitchen (like the sesame oil), but it's well worth it. Prep time was minimal - I have fresh garlic in the fridge, which helps, but this is a really easy recipe to make. Marinating for 24+ hours in a ziploc bag is also a good idea - it seems to marinate more evenly. This recipe will wow any barbecue attendees. I can't recommend it enough!"
