Easy and Fast Spicy Chili,

"Delicious - I added other veggies (mushrooms, green peppers and diced potatoes). It had to cook 20 minutes rather than 10 because of the potatoes. I loved the flavor of the spice combination - the cayenne pepper really made this chili. If you make this recipe don't leave out the cayenne!"
