"This kabob recipe is PERFECT for people with limited time or cooking skills. I recently embarked on a quest for healthier eating habits but quickly realized it is hard to achieve through processed and take out food from resturants. It became clear that I would have to learn to cook to achieve low fat meals. This shrimp kabob recipe fits the bill because it exudes healthy eating but does not give up the taste in exchange. On the contrary, this recipe explodes with flavor! Another bonus was how everyone that I cooked this for did indeed think I had spent hours on this kabob delight just as the author Saad had guaranteed! The only suggestion I would make is to save the left over marinade and use it sparingly on an added bed of rice of your choice and if you are looking for plate presentation choose a dark or colorful rice to contrast the lighter colored shrimp!"
