First time curry maker!,

"This recipe was fantastic! I had to go out and get all the spices but I enjoyed the preparation and it was very easy to make since it was cooked in the oven. I used garlic granules as I am allergic to "raw" garlic. I made this for our anniversary instead of going out for a Thai meal - my husband loved it!
I will try it next time with beef instead of chicken and have already started to think about a prawn curry.
