"Zaatar pita chips are great. While they may not be very attractive looking and because of that some people are reluctant to try them, but once they do, they're hooked. However, if you don't have pita bread, English muffins work very well. Just split the muffins, lightly toast them, then brush with olive oil and spread with a generous amount of zaatar and put into a 350-degree preheated oven for about 5 mins. You have mini-Lebanese pizzas. Cut the "pizzas" into wedges and serve as cocktail snacks."
