Rainy day mac and cheese, March 25, 2009

"I made it for my boyfriend's family. It took longer than expected to prepare but with a houseful of people, ingredients are hard to come by. Everyone is really picky and my boyfriend only like 'american' cheese. I put in ten ounces of sharp cheddar. Him, his parents, his best friend, and his little brother all loved it. I will definitely make this again and hope that it's a little easier the second time around."
