It was ok - but will be great with modification, December 12, 2007

"I love making fresh cranberry sauce. I will make this recipie again, but I will not put in the cloves. The cloves were overpowering, and once the sauce was amde I couldn't get them back out. So next time I will put in fewer cloves (maybe 2) and those that I DO use will go into a little cheesecloth bag or somethign so I can find them once I'm done cooking and can remove them. Otherwise, the flavor of the wine, orange, cinnamon and cranberry were great together! It also jelled up nicely when cooled!"
