Granny Smith Apple Pie,

"..."there are apple pies and then there is Granny Smith's." I have baked this pie now on 2 occasions for visitors. This delicious dessert is easy to prepare and very nice 'comfort food'. The last time I bakes it I threw in a 1/2 cup of organic sun dried sultanas.
