A Smooth and Creamy Thai Dream Dessert!,

"Trust me, do not put your guard up solely because of the simplicity of this dessert. All the ingredients blend superbly together, creating a wonderful foray for your taste buds into the world of Thai cooking. The light yet silky coconut milk, the soft substance of the bananas, the oh-so-sweet chewyness of the lychee all comingle into a dazzling taste sensation. I prefer it warm, but the flavors do hit a stronger note when left to cool in the refrigerator for a few hours. However, make sure to finish this on the day you make it, otherwise it will all tend to go to mush. Other than this minor complaint though (who could be satisfied with just one helping?), this recipe is an absolute delight. I will be sure to use Darlene Schimdt's recipes in the future, especially if they can bring such a feeling of Thailand to my own home once again."
