Great quick, easy Japanese meal,

"I've made this dish several times and it always goes down really well. Not exactly calorie-free, but it's quick, easy and tasty. I serve it with the accompaniments mentioned, as well as a bowl of miso soup (an instant one with tofu works fine) and some sake.
It's hard to get the tubes of Japanese mustard where I live in Sydney, but hot English mustard works just as well. Also, instead of pork chops I prefer to use pork fillet, sliced into pieces and pounded out. Yum!"
