"I found this needed quite a bit more milk than the recipe states - this may just be my own personal expectations that crepes should be very thin, but it took almost 2 cups for me.
Also, this may be because I was using a standard frying pan, but even with thinner batter I found it difficult to get the batter to spread. I got the best results by holding the pan off the burner nearly vertically while pouring the batter."
