"Ok, as usual, I did not follow the recipe exactly...Since I knew my DH wouldn't touch this, I cut it in thirds and used a 2-cup casserole dish (from Corelle). It still took over 40 minutes to bake. It smelled great and tasted great, the only objection I had was it didn't taste like dessert to me with the chewy pine nuts and the fact that I have a ravenous sweet tooth. I can see it on my table again as a side dish to pork or pot roast, instead of potatoes. The coriander was very nice in it. I only have whole coriander so I used a mortar and pestle and sieved the large parts out. I have pictures, so I'll post on the forum with it."
