good flavors and not too hard for a beginner,

"My wife and I loved the flavors. I thought that the sauce was going to be too salty with two tablespoons of fish sauce but it turned out just fine and well-balanced. I used a brand new 22" wok. The smell of onions, garlic and jalapenos cooking in hot peanut oil was just awesome. It smelled like a great Chinese restaurant. Yum!"
