Wonderful Chicken Noodle!,

"I keep returning to this recipe whenever I've made roast chicken or turkey and have leftovers. I boil the bones right in the soup as suggested, which I find adds more depth to the broth. The lemongrass and lime leaf bring a lot of beautiful flavor, and the fresh basil is a nice touch. Highly recommended!"
