"I first had this when friends made this for me as a treat at work one night. I loved it. Coming from an Italian background I was hesitant to try Egyptian food. It was great! I took some home for my hubby to try out and he too loved it. I make it often now. It is easy to make but can be a bit time consuming. If rolled while watching t.v. or with the (grand) kids helping it goes very fast and makes for some fun memories for the family."
