"I tried this recipe myself. I am actually Turkish. I thought that the simit was a little too salty. And also I think that instead of sprinkling the sesame seeds, I would suggest that you say to put the sesame seeds on a plate and then put the wet, uncooked simit on there. That way you can get more sesame seeds on them. However, the recipe wasn't that bad."
